Akhil, the Co-founder at Mavent, about one and half decades of experience in transaction advisory, valuations, financial reporting and due-diligences. He was part of large consulting firms like PwC India, PwC US, EY and Deloitte for a decade and assisted several clients with IFRS/US GAAP conversions, Restructuring including global and domestic restructuring, Trainings, Transactions Accounting Advisory, Valuations.

He is highly proficient in financial modelling and have deep knowledge of corporate finance and performed enterprise valuation, purchase price allocation, financial derivatives and ESOP valuation, swap ratio determination for mergers and conducting review of business models of start-ups for funding & acquisitions.

He is actively involved in conducting corporate training including training mandatory valuation training conducted by the Registered Valuer Organization under IBBI. Also, he is an avid speaker and regularly delivers seminars/webinars for valuation.

He is a Registered Valuer for ‘Security or Financial Assets’ category and actively working as Insolvency Professional besides a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant and Forensic Accountant.
