Founder
Rajiv, the Co-founder at Mavent, has the Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with over three decades of experience in Real Estate & Infrastructure segments; with emphasis on investment, appraisal and valuation.

He was part of FIRE Capital Fund, a private equity fund in real estate sector, for about a decade and also had association with corporate groups like Reliance and Mahindra, in their business ventures. Beside sectorial expertise in the real estate & infrastructure in techno-commercial and regulatory space, Rajiv also has exposure in the investment management and transaction support.

He has been a resource person for the subject and have advised multiple corporates and institutions. He is a Registered Valuer in ‘Land & Building’ category and also an Insolvency Professional. In addition, he is regular faculty and speaker for valuation courses & seminars and writes on the matters critical.

Akhil, Co-founder at Mavent, has 15 years of experience in transaction advisory, valuations, financial reporting, and due diligence. He has worked with PwC India, PwC US, EY, and Deloitte, assisting clients in IFRS/US GAAP conversions, restructuring, transaction accounting, and valuations.

He is highly proficient in financial modeling and corporate finance, specializing in enterprise valuation, purchase price allocation, financial derivatives, ESOP valuation, and M&A advisory.

Akhil actively conducts corporate training, including mandatory valuation programs under IBBI, and frequently speaks at valuation seminars and webinars. He is a Registered Valuer for ‘Securities or Financial Assets’ and also practices as an Insolvency Professional.

Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of two, balancing a demanding career with parenthood—sharpening her skills in time management, empathy, and resilience. She brings a rare blend of professional excellence and people-first values to everything she does.

KP, the Director at Mavent, has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and over three decades of industry experience. His expertise covers industrial operations, maintenance, logistics management, and training disciplines. Starting his career with the Indian Air Force, he worked with diverse organizations like Godrej & Boyce and Bharat Stars Services.

KP is a Registered Valuer in the Plant & Machinery category. He is also a Chartered Engineer.

KP is a regular faculty member for valuation courses and seminars.
